Chicago, IL — The new Kobe restaurant at the corner of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan is expected to open in late January 2018.
It’s the first restaurant in Chicago to open under the new Bryant Hotel and Entertainment Group.
The restaurant will be located in the same building as Kobe’s existing restaurant in Downtown Chicago.
It is expected that the restaurant will offer “a wide variety of menu items, including sushi, grilled fish, a sushi bar and a sushi restaurant.”
The restaurant is expected in the form of a dining room with a bar area, a bar with a dining table, a wine bar, a cocktail bar, and an outdoor seating area.
It will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 7 a.y.m.-5 p.p.m on Saturday.
Kobe has partnered with Chicago’s Metropolitan Chicago Partnership to create the Bryant Hotel & Entertainment Group, which is the public entity to oversee the hotel and entertainment center.
The group will oversee the project.
“We are thrilled to announce this new partnership with the Bryant Hospitality Group,” said Kobe CEO Yasuhiro Hirano.
“The new Bryant restaurant is part of the new Kobe Hotel and is one of the most exciting developments to come to Chicago in decades.
We’re thrilled to be working with our partners at the Met Chicago Partnership and the Bryant Entertainment Group to create a dining experience that celebrates the rich history of our city.”
The Bryant Hotel is one in a series of new hotels planned for Chicago that will bring a new sense of scale and character to the city.
The new hotel will include a hotel, apartments, and retail space that will add to the hotel’s historic and iconic appeal.
The project also includes a new dining room, which will feature Japanese food and beverage.
