A Japanese restaurant chain is finding success in the booming taco market in California, expanding its menu to include both traditional and taco-inspired dishes.
The fast-casual restaurant chain, Sushi & Sons, has opened restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland and other areas in California since the end of last year, and plans to open restaurants in cities across the state later this year.
Sushi Sons’ menu features tacos and guacamole topped with a variety of toppings.
The chain’s menu also includes burritos, tacos and a burger.
Sushi Sons is an upscale restaurant chain founded in Osaka in 1986, and has become one of the biggest chains in the U.S. with more than 1,200 locations.
The company’s main business is in serving its customers the authentic Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices.
The chain has about 6,000 employees in Osaka, as well as more than 20,000 in Tokyo.
Sushi & Son’s restaurants include sushi bars, ramen joints, sushi restaurants, sushi bars and restaurants in Japan.
According to its website, S&S was founded by former Osaka police officer and former Sushi Shops owner Yasuhisa Suzuki and his wife, Taki, in 1992.
Suzuki, who was killed in a car crash in 1995, had served in the police force for more than 30 years and was a member of the Osaka Police Academy.
He founded Sushi Brands in 2005 and went on to found the restaurant chain Sushi Bar in the same year.
The restaurant chain’s restaurant inventory is approximately 4,500 square feet and it is one of two chain restaurants that has a total of 100,000 square feet in the United States.
Taco chains are booming in California and are expected to make a major comeback in the coming years, especially in the state that has been home to the first-ever Taco Bell in Los Alamitos, California.
